In the new Tentative Agreement, 98% of all employees will be back on schedule and the pay increases are retroactive to the beginning of the 2018-19 contract year (July 1, 2018).  The four-year salary percentage increase is 14.4%, the same percentage as the teachers bargained in the IPEA most recent agreement.  On November 8, each employee should have received an individualized salary sheet from the District outlining the hourly pay increases proposed in the Tentative Agreement.  The bargaining team has created the above FAQ and following guides to help employees who were off schedule transitioned back on schedule under this agreement.  For off schedule Assistants, click here; and for off schedule Secretaries, click here.
